What accommodation does Land’s Edge offer?

What is included in each unit?

Every unit has a kitchenette with a microwave, kettle, stove-top and refrigerator, plus basic cookware, tableware and utensils. You also get a hairdryer, free toiletries, an iron and ironing board, a safe box and baggage storage. Braai facilities and a garden are available, and parking is free, private and secure.

Are pets allowed at Land’s Edge?

No. Land’s Edge is not pet friendly and the whole property is smoke-free. If you are travelling with a dog, Struisbaai has other options, and we would rather tell you now than have you arrive and be disappointed.

Water is heated by solar and the gas for cooking and hot showers is always on, so you can still cook and shower during load shedding. Bring a torch or headlamp for lighting, as you would anywhere in the Overberg.

Can I drink the tap water at Land’s Edge?

Yes. Land’s Edge harvests and purifies its own rainwater, and you can drink it straight from the tap. Guests regularly tell us the coffee tastes better here, and that is why.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancel 14 or more full days before check-in for a full refund of the nightly rate. Cancel 7 to 13 full days before check-in for a 50% refund. Cancel with less than 7 days’ notice, or leave early after check-in, and those nights are not refunded. If only 50% has been paid, no refund is issued and the balance is simply not charged.

How do I book Land’s Edge?

Book directly at book.nightsbridge.com/25675, or call +27 71 324 6593 or email hello@landsedge.co.za. Booking direct means you deal with Nadine, who manages guests, rather than a call centre, and any special request goes to someone who can act on it.
